Ik was hier – I was here is a unique initiative of more than 50 collaborating Rotterdam cultural institutions to raise public awareness of the possibility to support art and culture in Rotterdam through a legacy and to pass it on to the next generation.

Kasmi speaks at the launch of a wonderful initiative: “ Many Rotterdammers are very fond of the diversity of culture in our city. They don’t always know that a legacy, however small, can make a big difference to cultural organizations in the city. ( AD Rotterdam )

RIDCC is also affiliated with Ik was hier. Legacies can be of great value now and in the future for RIDCC where new choreographic talent can develop themselves and RIDCC can offer them more career opportunities by creating a support based environment together with the national and international dance field. We will keep building to contribute to a professional, diverse and self-developing dance art for a healthy society.
