The choreography
Our fears are often the sides of ourselves that we reluctantly face. During countless conversations between ourselves and our thoughts, we often repeat the same questions over and over again. So why is it that we can’t make a decision or find a solution? Why do we always doubt before making a move? We can only find solutions through actions, stand up and physically engage ourselves. Once the body makes a move, the mind often realizes there was little to fear. The mind plays tricks, jumping from one picture to another. So more often than not, we lose the willpower or lack the courage for fear of thinking about all the possible negative outcomes.
